Implementation costs are integral to the deployment and stability of any IT Solution.
Just two bands, Standard and Advanced define ITOPS consultancy. This allows us to align the skill-sets relevant to the solution required.
T&M services, Ad-hoc and SOS days expand our service offerings giving you the flexibility to manage your costs effectively. To save more you could go for the Retainer Fee option.
When your requirements have been discussed and the consultancy needs scoped a Statement of Work (SOW) and a quotation are produced. Work only commences once the SOW has been agreed.

Consultancy Bands
Standard Rate: applied to a skills requirement that ITOPS considers to be of a lower level of complexity, requiring a skill-set that is generally considered to be a core competency for our Consultants and Engineers. For example, systems administration, patching and basic set-up.
Advanced Rate: applied to a skills requirement considered to be higher than standard, whereby enhanced 'midrange' to 'enterprise' skills are needed. This covers the services that we deliver on a frequent basis, within a clearly defined Statement of Work including the Design or documentation of a solution. For example Midrange to High-End servers or storage implementation and testing.
SOS Days: are purchased in advance and can be called off for Standard or Advanced work which is scheduled well in advance for a mutually convenient day.
Retainer Fee: Paid annually in advance providing a 20% discount off our T&M and Daily rates.
T&M: Minimum of 2 hours plus travel. Urgent T&M is for on-site attendance within 24 hours.

Mileage, Accommodation & Subsistence Charges
We endeavour to keep travel time, overnight stays and associated costs to a minimum by allocating a consultant located in the close proximity to the client's site.
Though our staff are located in the North and the South of the country it is not always possible to allocate local resource to a project. This may be due to other commitments or the specific nature of the skill-sets required. Under these circumstances additional charges may be added to a consultancy quote dependant upon your location and the duration of the project.
